Returns and Refunds

All returns must be requested and approved through our returns process. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment. After the initial 14-day return window, items may still be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that don’t meet these requirements may incur a restocking fee up to 50%, or in some cases, be declined. The Salient Collection reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. A return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be shipped back within 7 days from receiving your return label. Items shipped outside of this window will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@thesalientcollection.com. Exchanges are subject to the same timelines and conditions as returns and are dependent on inventory availability. Inventory is not reserved until the original item is received.
If an item is returned and the requested replacement is no longer available, a refund will be issued provided the return meets all eligibility requirements. Please note that exchanges are only accepted for items that are not marked final sale, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date your return is received for processing. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued through Shopify Payments and typically appear on your statement within 2–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Salient Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
