Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that don’t meet these requirements may incur a 25% restocking fee, or in some cases, be declined. The Salient Collection reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be shipped back within 7 days from receiving your return label. Items shipped outside of this window will only be eligible for store credit.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date your return is received for processing. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued through Shopify Payments and typically appear on your statement within 2–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
