Shipping Policy

At The Salient Collection, most pieces are ready to ship. However, some items may be made to order or require a brief processing period before shipment. Because of this, delivery timelines can vary slightly depending on the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, The Salient Collection is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We are unable to replace or refund orders in these circumstances, as we do not have access to additional delivery details beyond the carrier’s tracking information.

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number so they can open a delivery trace and speak with the local driver. They are the best resource for determining the exact delivery location.


Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If any item requires additional time to prepare, this will be noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, though if you no longer wish to keep the item, please feel free to submit a return for refund in accordance with our returns policy.


Shipping Time

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–6 business days after processing. All timelines refer to business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
