Shipping Policy

At The Salient Collection, most pieces are ready to ship. However, some items may be made to order or require a brief processing period before shipment. Because of this, delivery timelines can vary slightly depending on the item.


Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. If any item requires additional time to prepare, this will be noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Once fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order once it arrives, you're welcome to reach out to initiate a return for store credit in accordance with our return policy.


Shipping Time

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. All timelines refer to business days and do not include weekends or holidays.


Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship from different locations and could arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
