Shipping Policy
At The Salient Collection, most pieces are ready to ship. However, some items may be made to order or require a brief processing period before shipment. Because of this, delivery timelines can vary slightly depending on the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, The Salient Collection is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We are unable to replace or refund orders in these circumstances, as we do not have access to additional delivery details beyond the carrier’s tracking information.
If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number so they can open a delivery trace and speak with the local driver. They are the best resource for determining the exact delivery location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Expedited shipping orders placed after 3pm EST ship the next business day. If an item requires additional preparation time, this will be noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (3–6 business days after processing)
Standard shipping is free on orders over $125. Orders under $125 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. -
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days after processing)
Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
All shipping timelines are estimates, refer to business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Additional Notes
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an item doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to submit a return in accordance with our returns policy.
