Returns Policy
Returns for Store Credit Only:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll receive store credit via email to use on any future purchase.
Exceptions:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at contact@thesalientcollection within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Once confirmed by our team, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement for the affected item(s).
- All refunds are issued through Shopify Payments to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is processed, it may take 2–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this timeline, as processing times are determined by your financial institution.
Final Sale Items:

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

After your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund/store credit amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive an email once your refund or store credit has been issued.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates are non-refundable

Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be considered for return or replacement

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Salient Collection is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

Items returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from store credit amount, or the return may be declined entirely at our discretion.
Store credits are issued once your return has been inspected and approved.
Late or Missing Store Credit
If it has been more than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us and you have not received your store credit confirmation, please contact us at contact@thesalientcollection.com. We're happy to assist and ensure everything is resolved as quickly as possible.
